At FYVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
